At The Fleming Law Firm, I bring over 25 years of experience to individuals in Mobile and Baldwin counties in southern Alabama. As a former prosecutor, I understand both sides of a criminal case and will aggressively act to protect your constitutional rights in criminal matters. I have handled personal injury claims for plaintiffs for as long as I have been in private practice, including workers' compensation claims. My practice also includes the protection of homeowners in foreclosure proceedings. As an experienced trial lawyer, I have personally handled hundred of cases before a judge or jury.
